The first QEST Highgrove Enterprises Apprentice, Giovanni, spent 15 months at Organic Lea, a food cooperative, learning all about horticultural management in organic farms and gardens

Through my apprenticeship I will be equipped to expand honey production in the UK and to pass on knowledge about pollinators, by running beekeeping courses and offering educational talks.
