2025 marks a milestone year for King's Trust International (KTI) - a decade of empowering young people across the globe to unlock their potential and build brighter futures.
Founded in 2015 by His Majesty The King, King’s Trust International has grown into a leading global force for youth development, operating in more than 20 countries across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East.Over the past decade, KTI has supported more than 100,000 young people, transforming lives through a network of over 40 global partners.
Support from King Charles III Charitable Fund (KCCF) has been instrumental in scaling KTI’s programmes, enabling the Trust to incubate initiatives, train educators, and deliver life-changing opportunities to underserved youth.
To mark its 10th anniversary, KTI launched the Generation Potential campaign – an ambitious initiative to support one million young people over the next decade. The campaign aims to expand the Trust’s global reach by deepening partnerships with local organisations and harnessing digital innovation to help close the global skills gap.

As a participant of the Generation Potential campaign, Nikos, a 34-year-old from Greece, launched the country’s first specialist coaching service for people with ADHD. Having been diagnosed with ADHD over a decade ago and struggling to find support, he initially created a local and online community for others facing similar challenges.
In 2024, he left his IT career to start his own coaching business. To strengthen his business skills, he joined the FoundIt programme, which helped him adopt a more agile approach, improve his accounting and marketing abilities, and build confidence. Today, Nikos’s pioneering coaching service empowers people with ADHD to recognise their strengths, manage challenges, and develop practical strategies to thrive. His guiding motto is: “Try different, not harder.”
As King’s Trust International embarks on its second decade, the organisation remains steadfast in its belief that every young person deserves the chance to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. With continued support from KCCF and a growing network of global partners, the Trust is poised to make an even greater impact in the coming years, turning challenges into opportunities for the next generation.
